There is nothing to see on the plains of S. E. Colorado? I've been told. These are pix of a couple days I spent down in the hidden canyons of S. E. Colorado. Camped at Picketwire canyon, and Vogel Canyon. Hicked and explored some of the areaas well as Picture canyon, and Carrizo canyon. Really neat area. Pergatore River runs through it. Most of the weather was nice for late Nov, but days wwere short, and lots of wildlife so the roads would be a little scary at night. I had the place all to myself most of the time I was there. No typical Colorado crowds.
